Dingfeng is another Chinese time-honored enterprise founded in 1864, and was awarded the plaque of "Meihe Meisu" at the Panama International Exposition in 1914, and its products are exported to 18 countries and regions in Asia, Africa and Europe. Its bean curd products are relatively famous, and cooking wine is less well-known.
 
Dingfeng cooking wine includes four series: "Huadiao Cooking Wine", "Ginger Cooking Wine", "Cooking Wine King" and "Cooking Cooking Wine", and the base of the wine is mainly rice wine, but the use of additives is large. In addition to the colorant caramel color and the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate, acesulfame potassium or sucralose are also added to some products to enhance the flavor and enrich the taste.
 
"Huadiao Cooking Wine" is a kind of prepared cooking wine, the base of the wine is mainly Huadiao wine, mixed with a small proportion of edible alcohol, and acesulfame potassium needs to be added to adjust the flavor of the product. The alcohol content of 15° can have a good deodorization effect, and 500mL costs about 13 yuan. "Ginger Cooking Wine" is also a kind of prepared cooking wine, and the difference between it and "Huadiao Cooking Wine" is that its wine base is mainly rice wine, and the alcohol content is also reduced to 10°, and the price of 500mL is 7.2 yuan.
 
According to the different packaging capacity, "Cooking Wine King" can be further subdivided into three products. The 1.28L barrel "Cooking Wine King" is a prepared cooking wine, the base of the wine is mainly edible alcohol, colorants, sweeteners, and flavor enhancers are added, and the price is 12.5 yuan. The 500mL and 350mL "Cooking Wine King" is brewed cooking wine, and the ingredient list of the 350mL bagged version is simpler than that of the 500mL bottled version, which only contains a food additive in caramel color, and the price is 3.3 yuan.
 
"Cooking wine" is also brewing cooking wine, only 3L large packaging is available, and it was elected as the most cost-effective single product of Dingfeng at a price of 23 yuan.
