The difference between the two lies in the difference in alcohol content, Hengshun is 12 °, but Lao Caichen is as high as 15 °, and the effect of removing the smell is better. In terms of price, Lao Caichen's "vintage cooking wine" is slightly lower than Hengshun, 750mL is only 28 yuan.
"Traditional cooking wine" and white-labeled "Caichen cooking wine" are both 10° products, the former is priced at 17.6 yuan for 500mL, while the latter is only 1.28L large-capacity packaging, priced at 34.5 yuan, which is more cost-effective. It is worth noting that "Caichen Cooking Wine" also has a yellow label model, which belongs to the preparation of cooking wine, which is based on a large proportion of edible alcohol mixed with a small amount of rice wine, and the quality is inferior to that of the white label model. Similarly, there are only large bottles of more than 1L, and a single liter only costs 9-13 yuan.
The liquor base of Lao Caichen's "Cooking Wine King" is also based on edible alcohol, with a small proportion of 5-year-old rice wine, with an alcohol content of 12°, and a price of 10.4 yuan for 500mL. The same is the prepared type of "steamed fish cooking wine", the alcohol content is only 10 °, the rice wine used is not aged, but the price is slightly higher than the "cooking wine king", the same specification costs about 13 yuan. In addition, "special cooking wine", "ginger and onion cooking wine", "Jingchen cooking wine", "cooking wine" and other products are all prepared cooking wine, 10° alcohol content, 500mL about 5-10 yuan can be purchased.
