The "Cooking Rice Wine" of the Haitian Aging Series, although the wine base is not as good as the "Huadiao Cooking Wine", is slightly inferior in aroma and taste, but it is enough for ordinary home cooking, and the price of the same specification is about 16 yuan.
 
The Gudao series includes three products: "Green Onion and Ginger Cooking Wine", "Five Spice Wine" and "Gudao Cooking Wine". Due to the addition of edible alcohol, the taste and texture of rice wine are diluted, so the flavor enhancer monosodium glutamate is added to improve the umami of the product. Among them, "Gudao Cooking Wine" is the most popular product of Haitian, which is available in two packages: 450mL and 1.9L, which meet the different needs of families and restaurants. The price of a single liter is between 11-17 yuan, although it is not as cost-effective as Lao Henghe and Hengshun, but it is quite expensive in the preparation of cooking wine.
