Chubang is famous for its soy sauce and is a time-honored Chinese enterprise under Meiweixian. Its production scale and market share rank second in the country in the entire condiment industry. Although cooking wine does not account for a high proportion of its business, and the product line is relatively simple, the quality of the wine base is acceptable.
 
There are not many types of cooking wine, there are only three products: "Vintage Cooking Wine", "Green Onion and Ginger Cooking Wine" and "Banquet Cooking Wine". Among them, "Vintage Cooking Wine" is a brewing cooking wine, using 3-year-old rice wine as the base, with an alcohol content of 10°, but the price of 13.9 yuan/500mL is slightly higher.
 
Different from the high proportion of edible alcohol prepared by Lao Caichen, Chubang's "Green Onion and Ginger Cooking Wine" and "Banquet Cooking Wine" are mainly rice wine, with only a small amount of edible alcohol added, and the quality of the wine base is better. The alcohol content of both products is 10°, and 500mL can be purchased for about 9 yuan.
