Chubang is famous for its soy sauce and is a time-honored Chinese enterprise under Meiweixian. Its production scale and market share rank second in the country in the entire condiment industry. Although cooking wine does not account for a high proportion of its business, and the product line is relatively simple, the quality of the wine base is acceptable.
