Founded in 1992, Sanquan is the largest manufacturer of quick-frozen food in China, and the first quick-frozen glutinous rice balls and the first quick-frozen zongzi in the mainland are from the company. Sanquan has ranked first in the industry in the domestic quick-frozen market for many years, with a market share of more than 20%. In 2004, Sanquan began to set foot in the field of room temperature products, among which self-heating rice performed outstandingly. Its production line was imported from Japan, which realized aseptic control in the production process, and for the first time, ultra-high temperature (UHT) sterilization technology was applied to room temperature instant rice to ensure that the rice was in a good sterile state, and at the same time, nitrogen was filled to preserve the freshness and prolong the taste period. In terms of the production of dish packs, Sanquan is the first in the industry to use the double-peak system sterilization technology, and combined with the anti-bacteriosis and mild heating process, it effectively improves the distillation odor that is common in instant food, can well preserve the original color and flavor of food, and the taste of the product is better than that of common soft canned products.
