How about Deco pasta brand introduction

The history of DECO began in 1886 in a small village at the foot of the Sierra de Mayella in Italy. Its founders, the Deco brothers, harvested the highest quality wheat from the surrounding villages and opened their small mill for flour processing from the clear mountain springs. Later, the Decor family began to make pasta from Duran flour from their own mill, and developed a low-temperature drying technology that allowed the pasta to dry in 24 hours without sun exposure. In 1893, the Deco family exhibited pasta at the Chicago World's Fair, where the Columbia University Committee praised its "exceptional craftsmanship, color, and toughness" and won a gold medal.

Deco pasta has even appeared in Hollywood movies, as seen in the final scene of the classic gangster movie The Godfather. In 2013, DECO was inducted into the Italian Trade Commission's Hall of Fame, a testament to its recognition in the Italian food industry in the United States. In 2015, DECO generated a turnover of 416 million euros, of which exports accounted for 174 million euros. It also cooperates with local Russian brands and occupies the second market position in the Russian pasta market.

After more than 130 years in business, DECO has become synonymous with top-quality pasta. DECO pasta is kneaded with pure spring water at 15°C mixed with durum wheat semolina to ensure the integrity of the gluten and the firmness of the noodles after cooking, and is extruded with a bronze template during the production process to make the noodles rough and porous on the surface to better hold the sauce and taste better when eating. DECO uses its original low-temperature drying technology to allow the noodles to dry slowly at low temperatures, preserving the fragrance of wheat. This ingenious technology is also the key to the fact that DECO pasta is more chewy and elastic than other similar products. The price of Deke pasta is about 25 yuan per 500g, which is high compared with Barilla.
