The first zero-added series of products launched by Qianhe are divided into three types: 380 days for the original fragrance, 280 days for the original fragrance and 180 days for the original fragrance of the first road. The original fragrance of the first 180 days is brewed with pure grains, without adding additives such as flavors, pigments, preservatives, etc., to better restore the original taste of soy sauce. The first 280 days and 380 days are both double fermentation process, using 180 days of crude oil mixed koji to ferment again for 100 days or 200 days, the longer the brewing time, the better the taste, more fresh and delicate.
