It is not an exaggeration to say that Duoli is the dominant company in the domestic canola oil market, with a market share of 91% and a sales volume of more than 8,000 tons. However, canola oil is not the main product of Duoli, after the launch of the market, the scale of publicity is obviously not as good as its main sunflower oil, a major reason for the high sales is that Duoli is more extensive in distribution channels than the knife mark, and the sales area covers 24 provinces and cities across the country, and it has won the first place in the canola oil market that is still in the early stage of development.
 
At present, Duoli has three factories in Taicang, Inner Mongolia and Xiamen in China, all of which are equipped with advanced edible oil production lines, with a large production scale, and the product quality is more trustworthy than the production of small workshops. Duoli edible oil has also obtained the international food safety standard certification IFS certification and the high standard of safety and quality system SQF certification, and the quality is comparable to the international high-level vegetable oil.
 
"Duoli Sunflower Oil" is a well-known product among Chinese consumers because it is rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, which is believed to be beneficial for cardiovascular health. However, compared with sunflower oil, canola oil has a better fat ratio, the highest content of unsaturated fatty acids among all vegetable oils, and is also a good source of fat-soluble vitamin E.
 
The oleic acid content of Duoli canola oil is as high as 58%, and the high oleic acid content means that the polyunsaturated fat content of the oil is also high. In 2006, the US FDA officially approved canola oil merchants to clearly state on the product label that "it can reduce the risk of coronary heart disease", which is effective evidence that it can help human cardiovascular diseases. However, this is only effective when canola oil replaces the same amount of saturated fat, and consumers do not have to blindly pursue its nutritional value, and they still consume 25-30g according to the recommended daily intake of edible oil.
 
Oxidation directly affects the deterioration of oils, and in traditional processing methods, manufacturers generally maintain freshness by adding artificial antioxidant TBHQ, but the best solution to prevent oil deterioration should be to reduce contact with oxygen. In this regard, Duoli and Nissin Olicou have reached an agreement to use nitrogen to drive away the oxygen in the bottle, so that the oxidation rate is slow, which is currently the most advanced preservation process, and has a longer shelf life than ordinary canola oil products, which is very suitable for families who do not cook often or use oil slowly.
 
In terms of processing methods, different from the leaching method of Nissin Oriyo, Duoli adopts a pressing process, in contrast, the extracted oil composition is more intact, the color is darker than ordinary canola oil, and the flavor is slightly stronger, which can play a finishing touch when making Hunan cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and other heavy dishes. However, the source of raw materials of Duoli canola oil is relatively confusing, the origin includes China, Australia and Ukraine, and the quality of the products is different, but fortunately, the overall performance is still ideal, and the daily household stir-fry is enough.
 
In 2003, Duoli entered China's small package oil market, and in 2005, canola oil products were launched, and the development time is not long, at present, there are two specifications of 2.5L and 5L on sale in China, the price is 45 yuan and 85 yuan respectively, and the cost performance is higher.
