The most representative flavors are the classic butter meat dish version and vegetarian version, and other flavors include spicy beef offal, spicy beef luncheon meat, fragrant rattan pepper, tomato beef brisket, and even a rice mandarin duck pot.
 
Xiaolongkan has an absolute advantage in meat buns, unlike Da Longyi's single meat buns, Xiaolongkan has a rich variety of meat, which is considered a luxury level in convenient hot pot. For example, the classic butter meat dish version includes beef, chicken wing tips, duck gizzards and junji, among which the wing tips are the majority, the meat is soft and delicious, and the junjiao is not soft and noodles, and the gluten is just right. Since the meat bun contains offal, friends who refuse offal can choose other flavors. In terms of vegetarian dishes, the flavor is not as good as meat, and the potatoes and lotus root are slightly crispy, and the wide flour is chewy. Although these two are not as rich in taste as the classic butter meat dish version, for beef lovers, they can be used as an alternative to the classic butter meat dish version.
 
Although Xiaolongkan is characterized by spicy, for consumers who don't like spicy food, some non-spicy flavors have also been introduced, such as tomato brisket and fragrant rattan pepper. Both are clear oil soup bases, the tomato soup is moderately sweet and sour, the brisket is slightly soft and rotten, the chewiness is insufficient, and the vermicelli is not flavorful enough. Although the fragrant rattan pepper has a spicy taste, low numbness, and a clear soup base, the meat texture is not as good as the classic butter meat dish version, and the overall performance is relatively mediocre.
 
Xiaolongkan performs well in terms of heating packs, the heating speed is relatively fast, and the continuous heating time reaches the upper level in the convenient hot pot. The vegetable and mushroom packets are packed separately for hygiene, and a plastic bag is included in the box for collecting and eating the lunch box. Xiaolongkan's upgraded version of instant hot pot not only has vinegar packets, but also adds dry dishes, trying to restore the feeling of eating hot pot in the store, which is a highlight among many convenient hot pot brands.
