The variety richness of Haitian vinegar far exceeds that of other brands on the list, and there are many products such as 9 degree rice vinegar, white rice vinegar, black rice vinegar, fragrant rice vinegar, and original brewed pure grain rice vinegar. However, except for the original brewed pure grain rice vinegar, other products are made by co-fermentation of edible alcohol and rice, which is slightly inferior to the mellow flavor of pure grain brewing, and is more suitable for making fruit vinegar drinks, which can highlight the aroma of fruits. For daily seasoning or cold dishes, the original brewed pure grain rice vinegar with rich taste and flavor is more worth looking forward to.
 
In terms of price, Haitian pricing is in line with the level of popular consumption, 9 degrees of rice vinegar, white rice vinegar, and black rice vinegar are all 450ml small bottles, generally around 7 or 8 yuan, fragrant rice vinegar and original brewed pure grain rice vinegar are slightly more expensive, but they can be bought within 12 yuan, which has an advantage in similar products.
