However, Laifu old vinegar insists on using the original recipe and brewing process of Wang Laifu, known as the "founder of Shanxi old vinegar", the acidity of the same 5 years of aging can reach 9 °, and the vinegar can smell the rich and sour aroma of grain fermentation when the bottle is opened, and the sour taste in the mouth is full of mouth, which is very refreshing, but then the sweetness and umami slowly emerge, and it is even closer to the traditional Shanxi old vinegar flavor than Ninghuafu, which is quite popular with Shanxi people. In terms of product line, Laifu is not rich, covering health vinegar, aged vinegar, dumpling vinegar, apple cider vinegar and other products, but there is only one kind of aged vinegar on sale, and the "vinegar saint" series is the best-selling. In 2011, the vinegar saint series came out, making up for the gap in the high-end vinegar field at that time, and the sales were quite good. So far, the vinegar series is still the representative of Laifu high-end vinegar, with a total acid of more than 5g/100ml, and the price of 500ml is between 12-50 yuan.
