If you want to have a rich and mellow taste, the handmade Shanxi old vinegar series is worth a try, although there is still a certain distance from the first-class famous vinegar, but it is of higher quality than other vinegars that rely on additives to increase the flavor, and the maximum total acid can reach 8g/100ml. However, the price of this series is slightly more expensive, and the handmade 8 degrees Shanxi aged vinegar 2L is more than 200 yuan.
 
Health care vinegar has always been a highly questioned product, the so-called health care vinegar is actually based on the old vinegar added hawthorn, red dates, yams, honey and other ingredients, the total acid is only 2.5g/100ml, completely unable to play the role of regulating blood lipids as advertised by the merchants. The same is true for Zilin health care vinegar, which is not cost-effective and is not recommended for consumers to buy.
