FLM single-variety vegetable oil is not outstanding as a whole, compared with other vegetable oils of the brand, rapeseed oil is a more advantageous oil species, full of flavor and relatively rich products. FLM canola oil is roughly divided into four types: home flavored pressed rapeseed oil, non-GMO pure coriander oil, non-GMO pure rapeseed oil and AE non-GMO rapeseed oil. Among them, non-GMO pure rapeseed oil is pressed fourth-grade, close to the flavor of soil-pressed oil, and the rapeseed oil has a strong fragrance, but the quality is slightly inferior to the other three pressed third-grade oils, 5L is about 56 yuan.

Non-GMO pure coriander oil and AE non-GMO rapeseed oil are inferior to the home fragrance pressed rapeseed oil in taste, which is more ordinary, among which AE non-GMO rapeseed oil is fortified with vitamin A and vitamin E, and the 5L specification of the two oils is about 55 yuan.
 
In general, FLM cooking oil is less expensive, and FLM is a more economical choice if you are not particularly looking for the aroma of the oil.
