The oyster sauce is rich in fragrance and has no fishy smell, sweet taste, shiny tan color, smooth texture and no impurities, and is the same product name as the "top oyster sauce" used for export.
Hong Kong-style Pearl River oyster sauce is mainly for the parity market, the proportion of oyster juice is lower than water, the oyster taste is light, can be substituted for salt, sugar flavoring, a bottle of 400g is sold for 12 yuan, not cost-effective.
