New Hope Dairy's new hope room temperature yogurt brand introduction

New Hope Dairy is a large-scale integrated dairy supplier in China, with a total of 12 dairy companies in Southwest, East China and North China through the acquisition of small and medium-sized dairy enterprises in Kunming Xuelan, Anhui Baidi and Hebei Tianxiang. Since New Hope Xuelan became the first "China High-quality Milk" acceptance enterprise in China. Eight of New Hope Dairy's subsidiaries have passed the audit of high-quality milk projects, using their own controllable milk sources, focusing on the "fresh strategy" to stabilize the low-temperature dairy market in various regions.
 
On the premise of maintaining the national low-temperature dairy network, New Hope is also developing the room temperature dairy market, and in line with the development boom of the room temperature yogurt category, it has launched the air.snow series.
 
air.snow is a new yogurt launched by New Hope in 2016, featuring a "light and pure" style, promoting the use of 0 added yogurt fermentation process, without the use of preservatives and artificial colors. In the case of ambient yoghurt, it can be stored for several months after being heat-treated and aseptically filled, and its long shelf life is independent of preservatives, so there is no need to add such substances in itself. There is also a problem with the zero-additive argument, as air.snow uses thickeners and sugar in addition to milk and starter cultures, and is theoretically a food additive.
 
air.snow likes to use a small and fresh packaging style, which is unique among ordinary yogurt products. However, its nutritional composition is still ordinary flavored yogurt, 100g of original air.snow contains 2.8g of protein, 3.6g of fat, 13g of carbohydrates, the total caloric value is 402kJ, and the price of 200g*12 boxes is priced. Like most flavored yogurt, air.snow uses pectin and modified starch to improve the texture of yogurt, but it also adds sodium alginate to make the yogurt gel taste stronger.
 
air.snow's other barley juice and lime water chestnut have a unique flavor that other brands do not have. Barley Leaf Green Juice used to be a hot health supplement, but it was soon released into the cold palace because it was revealed to have no special health effects, and it is still remarkable if it is only used as a new beverage taste. Barley Wakaba Green Juice is flavored with 5% green juice powder, which has a slight grassy aroma and goes well with the evaporated milk flavor of yogurt.
 
Lime Chestnut Flavor uses Vietnamese lime sour jam and crisp water chestnut granules to make it feel refreshing when drinking, and due to the sour flavor of lime, this yogurt has the highest added sugar content in the air.snow range at 15.3g/100g.
