How about Emmi Le Méridien brand introduction

Swiss cheese is no less well-known than Swiss watches. The Alps stretch through south-central Switzerland and occupy 60% of the country's land area, making Switzerland a dairy paradise. Emmi, Switzerland's largest dairy company, has its roots in 1907 as a cooperative, and its milk is sourced from the Alps.

Emmi has a wide range of cheeses that have been certified by the EU AOP Designation of Origin, including Tete de Moine, the most well-known Swiss Emmentaler, as well as Appenzeller and the epic Le Gruyere. Born in 1072, Le Gruyere matures to form a full and unique aroma, with a creamy, fruity and nutty aroma, a firm and elastic golden core, a mellow and smooth taste, and an extremely free way of enjoying it, which can be mixed with salads, pasta or wines, grilled and can be enjoyed without it. Appenzeller has an earthy and fruity aroma, a spicy and intense taste, and its appearance is similar to that of Le Gruyere, not as slimy as blue cheese. Emmi in the Chinese market is run by an agency, and although the channels are not as extensive as that of another Swiss brand, Ruimu, it is still easier to find in imported supermarkets.
