In terms of liquid milk business, Yinqiao Dairy is more inclined to urban dairy enterprises, and the proportion of pasteurized milk products is greater than that of room temperature milk. Yinqiao room temperature milk, the recommended liquid milk is Sunshine Crown Organic Pure Milk, Origin Ranch Pure Milk, etc.
 
Yinqiao Sunshine Crown series is positioned as high-end milk, and there used to be rare cow Jersey milk, Australian original imported milk, etc., but at present, these two products have been removed from the shelves, and the new ones are Sunshine Crown raw squeezed walnut milk and organic pure milk. Walnuts are nutritious nuts, but usually products similar to walnut milk do not integrate the nutrients of walnuts and milk well, and only a small amount of walnut extract can be added, which plays more of a flavoring role. Sunshine Crown Raw Pressed Walnut Milk adds 2g of raw walnut puree per 100ml, which is far less than eating walnuts directly, and its protein content is only 2.5g/100ml, which is not a high-quality dairy product.
 
Yinqiao Sunshine Crown Organic Milk is better, with protein 3.2g/100ml, calcium 110mg/100ml, and also has corresponding organic certification. Compared with the Jindian series, the nutritional content of Yinqiaoguan organic milk is a grade lower, which fails to control organic production while maintaining high nutrition, and is cost-effective, making it difficult to compete with Jindian in the mainstream market.
 
Yinqiao Origin Ranch Pure Milk and Bailey Bag Pure Milk are basic products, with the same nutritional content, both of which are protein 3g/100ml. Baileybao is an earlier application of milk packaging, the cost is lower than Tetra Pak aseptic bricks, but the soft bag packaging is easy to break, can not be well isolated from the outside light, room temperature shelf life is only 30 days, mainly in Shaanxi local sales, it is recommended that consumers in other regions buy Tetra Pak packaging products.
