Recommended models: Irish Butter (Light), Irish Butter (Salty), Soft Irish Butter (Salted)

Originally from Ireland, Kerrygold was founded in 1962 and is now part of Ornua. Kerrygold is Ireland's best-known food brand, and its grass-fed Irish butter is sold in more than 60 countries around the world. Kerrygold's butter raw milk is sourced from cows raised in traditional ways on more than 14,000 small family farms in Ireland, and its product logo is a picture of cows grazing on lush meadows. Kerrygold is currently the No. 1 selling butter brand in Germany and the No. 2 selling brand in the United States.

Kerrygold's butter is made from fresh milk from grass-fed cows and is a traditional Irish-style butter. In recent years, grass-fed cattle have become highly prized for their meat and dairy products, with grass-fed cattle accumulating more nutrients because they grow more slowly, and forage is rich in vitamin A and carotene compared to grain feed. Even if you can't taste the flavor difference keenly, you can tell by color: grass-fed butter has a natural golden yellow color, and butter with a low forage ratio or winter is more milky in color, although there are very few manufacturers who use pigments and need to be careful to distinguish between them.

Kerrygold's butter is easy to buy, unsalted butter is about 34 yuan per 200g, the packaging is particularly intimately marked with a scale, which is convenient to measure the amount when you take it, and the shelf life is as long as 540 days. The soft butter used to spread bread has a fragrant and silky taste, and is divided into two flavors: salt and mustard oil, but the mustard oil flavor is not sold in China, and the shelf life is slightly shorter than that of butter blocks, but it can also be stored for 450 days.
