Discovery Bay Beach

Few mainland tourists make the trip to Discovery Bay, a privately owned property that now comprises 21 private housing estates, 2 shopping malls, 4 clubhouses and 1 hotel, making it a small town.

Discovery Bay Beach is also part of the project, with a length of nearly 400 meters and a very fine sandy texture, which is among the best in Hong Kong. In addition, there are many beach entertainment facilities, lined with various sailing boats, and there are personal facilities such as slides on the northwest side, which are suitable for parent-child trips. Discovery Bay may seem far away on Lantau Island, but the Central Ferry Pier has direct flights and is the most accessible beach in this list. It is worth mentioning that there is also a kaidu pier on the south side of the Discovery Bay project, where boats can travel to and from Peng Chau. The proportion of elderly people in Peng Chau Island is higher, and the two attractions reflect different life atmospheres, each with its own comfort.
