Clear Water Bay 2nd Beach

Clear Water Bay 1 and 2 bays are only more than 300 meters away, and there is a lack of restaurants and stores nearby, and the facilities are similar. In this context, water quality and beach quality are particularly important. The water quality of Clear Water Bay is slightly clear, but the beach conditions are outrageous. The sand is coarser and is almost 1/3 the size of Erwan Beach. Tourists obviously vote with their feet, and on holidays, the average daily number of visitors in Erwan is almost 8 times that of Yiwan.

Clear Water Bay 2nd Bay Beach is in an arc shape, with a total length of nearly 300 meters, and the beach is very wide. Surrounded by nearby islands, the view is not very wide, but the water is relatively calm and the waves are not large. There is a reef on the south side of the beach that is home to many sea crabs, sea lice, and barnacles, but oysters are scarce, so it's interesting to observe.

There are snack kiosks and service spots for renting and selling parasols on the beach, but there are no barbecue spots. Sai Kung is one of the areas with the best water quality in Hong Kong, but unfortunately due to traffic restrictions, there are not too many tourists. Clear Water Bay 2 Bay Beach is not the best beach in Sai Kung, but the transportation is relatively convenient, you can take a 103M minibus outside the MTR Tseung Kwan O Station.
