Opened in 2017, Fujizuru Kamako is positioned as a kappo-style Japanese restaurant that offers diners a high-end Japanese food experience. Kappo is a form of dining in which you sit directly in front of the kitchen and watch the chef cook at the same time. There is no distinction between high and low end "kappo", it can be very high-end or very marketable, but when it comes to China, "kappo" has often become synonymous with high-end Japanese restaurants.
Fujitsuru Kappo was widely regarded at the beginning of its opening, and the main reason for this was the invitation of a well-known Japanese chef in the industry, Mitsuru Ito. Mitsuru Ito started his culinary career as early as 1950, and in 2006 he served as the head chef of the famous Midorikawa Sushi in Beijing, and in 2015 he became the head chef of the Benkei restaurant at Hotel Nikko Guangzhou. On the day of the opening of Fujizuru Kappo, Chef Itoman also held a tuna dismantling show that is rare in Guangzhou, which can be said to have earned a lot of eyeballs.
Fujitsuru Kappo also pays attention to the ingredients, regularly airlifting seafood to the restaurant every week, and the chef changes the menu according to the seasonal ingredients to keep the diners fresh. Fujizuru Kappo offers a wide range of dining options, including kaiseki, teppanyaki kaiseki and a la carte dinners, with set menus ranging from 600 yuan to 1,280 yuan. The dining seats in the box are also spacious enough, and the two rooms can accommodate 20 people at the same time, and there are no low-cost regulations and no additional service charges. It should be noted that in principle, restaurants are not allowed to bring their own alcohol, and if they bring their own alcohol, they will charge a corkage fee of 200 yuan to 300 yuan as appropriate. There is no reservation system at the restaurant, so you can enter the restaurant once you have a seat.
Fujitsuru Kappo is located in Guangyue Tiandi, which is the international quality life circle of Zhujiang New Town, surrounded by high-end restaurants and luxury stores, to meet the one-stop life and shopping needs of high-end consumers.
