As a sister restaurant of Songyue Self-Satisfied Cuisine, Guangzhou Matsutsuki Self-Slow Cuisine opened in Zhujiang New Town in September 2017 and has been widely praised so far, and has won the "Best Japanese Cuisine Award" recommended by Guangzhou Daily Dayang Star Brand in 2017.

Matsutsuki Complacent Cuisine has established an independent supply system in terms of food supply. The restaurant has signed an exclusive supply agreement with local Japanese fishermen, eliminating the need for intermediaries and keeping the delivery time of ingredients within 48 hours, which is not easy for regions outside of Shanghai to deliver in such a short time. Matsutsuki has done a lot of work to restore the seafood to the greatest extent, so the price is naturally not cheap. Tuna, jinji, monkfish, etc. are delivered to the store within 48 hours, and there are also a variety of crabs to choose from, such as Matsuba crab, king crab, and red crab.

The interior environment of Guangzhou Songyue Self-Slow Cuisine is quite Japanese, with Japanese element murals, sylvestris pine tables and chairs, Japanese-style tatami bar and private rooms. The wall is made of diatom mud material, and the decoration odor is relatively less. The waiters in the restaurant are all kneeling and sitting, and the standard of greeting and serving procedures is in place, and the dining experience is good.
