Located on the 72nd floor of Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou International Finance Center, Yunju is the highest Japanese restaurant in Guangzhou. It was named "Restaurant of the Year 2015" by Weekend Pictorial magazine and "Japanese Restaurant of the Year" by Target magazine.

With a total of 106 seats, Yunju Restaurant serves more than 150 dishes of specialty teppanyaki, robatayaki, sushi and other contemporary Japanese dishes, including more than 50 innovative dishes. The menu at Yun Ju is always refreshing, and some of the dishes that best represent the chef's style include spicy prawn sashimi and cod Saikyo grill. Fresh from the restaurant on a regular basis, the smooth flesh with the salty and umami flavor of the sea is served with traditional mustard soy sauce, egg juice and brandy. The silver cod Saikyo grill is also one of Yunju's commendable dishes, which uses fresh goods flown in from Japan, the texture of the fish is clear and elastic, and the proportion of fish fat is high; Paired with the chef's special yuzu miso sauce, it is healthy and hearty.

When it comes to Japanese cuisine, you can't fail to mention sashimi, which is now available at the end of June with tuna bred on Amami Oshima, Japan, white fish from Ehime Prefecture and scallops from Hokkaido. Compared to other fish, tuna is a best-selling sashimi because of its tender and delicious meat, low fat content, and instant melt in the mouth.

The elegant setting is also a major selling point, as diners can enjoy a unique view of the bustling city day and night through the large floor-to-ceiling windows. It should be noted that window seats are booked approximately a week in advance, and a 15% service fee will be charged at the time of checkout for each table.
