Born into a family of winemakers, Sebastian was a French master distiller and the main winemaker of the brand, having worked for 10 years under the cognac brand Hennessy before approaching Diageo in 2003 to create Slovo vodka. Although Saroco is best known for using French Ugni Blanc grapes, which are often used in the production of cognac, in fact, some of the raw material is Mozak grapes. The raw grapes remain on the branches for a longer period of time to allow them to fully ripen and reach a higher sugar content; Until the onset of winter, the grapes are quickly harvested and pressed before they freeze, and then the juice is fermented at a low temperature of 0-4°C; After brewing, it needs to be distilled five times.
 
Currently, Sluoco's products include neutral vodka and flavored vodka. As with other brands with a full range of products, there are fewer neutral vodka products, while flavored vodka comes in a variety of flavors. Neutral vodka is available in Ciroc Vodka and the 10th Anniversary Ciroc Ten, both with 40% alcohol. Flavored vodka is more varied, with 8 flavors, including vanilla, mango, peach, apple, pineapple, cranberry, cherry almond, and coconut. Flavored vodka is slightly lower at 37.5% by volume, while export products have 35% alcohol.
 
The flagship product, the neutral vodka Ciroc Vodka, has a subtle lemon aroma at first smell, and the taste is smooth and clean when tasted, but it is not viscous and non-greasy, with a lemon flavor with a slight sweetness of honey and a lemon peel aftertaste. However, those expecting grape flavor are likely to be disappointed – lemon peel is the most obvious flavor signature.
 
At present, you can only buy neutral vodka ciroc vodka online in China, and the price of a single bottle of 750ml on Jingdong is 299 yuan, which is expensive, but its products are high-end and beautifully designed.
