Parma ham is produced in the Parma region of Italy, is one of the world's top raw hams, made of strong Italian pig breeds, dried and eaten without cooking, because the pig feed is added to the remaining whey from the production of Parmesan cheese, so you can taste a light milky aroma. Most of the service staff of Espuma are well-trained, the service attitude is good, Chinese, English and Cantonese are not a problem, the menu also has a Chinese translation, and tourists are basically barrier-free in ordering.
