Before 2018, it was called "Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime", which is the branch of Japan's Tsukiji Aozora Sandaime in Shanghai, with a total of three branches, of which the Changle store is a Michelin Shanghai 2017 and 2018 recommended restaurant. The other two branches are located in Villa Mahler and Nanxiang Taimao Plaza.

The highlight of the restaurant is the tuna dismantling show of Yukiyuki Tsukiji, which brings Japan's most popular food show to Shanghai, where diners can feast their eyes at the same time. The tuna dismantling show is held once a month, and on the day of the event, a whole tuna of about 200 pounds is procured from Japan and dismantled at the Nagarku store. Fresh tuna will be delivered to the Mahler Villa and Nanxiang Taimao stores as soon as possible after the dismantling show. The tuna disintegration show is open to diners by appointment only.
