Kappo Tour - Business Reviews

Kappo is also a Japanese restaurant under Shanghai FULU Restaurant Group, and if it is an upgraded sensory Japanese restaurant in the style of Earth Food Theater, then Kappo Tour is its classic original version. Officially opened on June 2, 2010, the name of the restaurant was "Kappo Kuo" in the early days, and many fans still remember Kappo Male vividly. Chef Yohei Terada, who graduated from Tsuji Cooking School at the beginning of the opening of Kappoyu, has many years of experience working at well-known local restaurants in Japan.

In order to increase the sense of integration of customers, the restaurant will project some seasonal natural and cultural elements on the wall in front of the bar, so that diners can experience Japanese food through their senses other than taste. That's why kappo is the prototype of the Earth's Food Theater. Kappo only offers one set menu, no à la carte, and the set menu includes seven courses and one dessert. The menu also changes every month as usual, and the menu is not much different from the Earth Food Theater, but the prices are relatively low.

Seeing this, have you noticed that the name of the Japanese restaurant is almost uniformly "the name of the chef or something else", such as the sushi restaurant is called "Sushi XX" and the kaiseki restaurant is called "XX Kaiseki". The same is true for this restaurant, except that "kappo" is a form of dining where you can sit directly in front of the kitchen and watch the chef cooking. There is no distinction between high and low end "kappo", it can be very high-end or very marketable, but "kappo" has often become synonymous with high-end Japanese restaurants in China.
