Sushi straight - Business reviews

Sushi Naohui is a well-known Japanese restaurant in the Gubei area. The restaurant has won awards such as "Best Restaurant in Beijing and Shanghai" by Shangliu TATLER2017 and Best Asian Restaurant of the Year in Olive Restaurant Review's 2016-2017 "Feast China" awards. At the same time, the restaurant has a strong traditional Japanese style in terms of decoration design, so it has become a filming location for some film and television dramas and photo shoots. In addition, the restaurant has also attracted a lot of attention for inviting people from the Japanese film and television industry to stay at the restaurant.

Sushi Naokaki specializes in Omakase cuisine, there is no menu, and it is up to the chef to decide what to eat. Originally from Taiwan, Chef Kevin graduated from Hattori Nutrition College in Tokyo, Japan, and stayed on to teach after graduation, and later worked in a number of Japanese restaurants in Tokyo. So diners can rest assured that their stomach is in the hands of the chef.

The ingredient that Naokaki is most proud of is sea urchin. The sea urchin is imported from Kisitabu Fisheries Co., Ltd. in Hokkaido, Japan, and the quality is needless to say. The chef then makes a variety of sea urchin dishes, which are well worth trying. Of course, Naokaki's recommended dishes are not only sea urchins, but also fresh ingredients that arrive at the restaurant on the same day.

The restaurant includes a bar and four private dining rooms, where you can experience the charm of OMAKASE in all aspects, and the private rooms are more private, with reasonable seating settings and spacious and comfortable space.
