Bingsheng Mansion is a brand of the well-known Bingsheng Restaurant Group, focusing on high-end and exquisite dishes, which is different from the popular home-cooked Bingsheng taste, but has quite a similar relationship with Bingsheng Private Chef. Bing Sheng's dishes overlap with Bing Sheng's private chef for a large part, and the water ghost series, siu mei series and seafood series are partly the same, but Bing Sheng's private chef's products are more exquisite and unique. A variety of seafood and fresh cooking methods are a must for Bingsheng. Bingsheng's East China Sea seafood series is highly recommended, the ingredients are yellow croaker, hairtail, small angelfish, tiger cubs, spider crabs, small razor clams, etc., there are many ways to cook, steamed clams with garlic vermicelli, steamed eyebrow fish with scallion oil, braised eagle claw shrimp, braised small fresh plate, spicy steamed small yellow croaker...... The production level is stable, and it is not easy to make mistakes when choosing any one, and you can order food based on your favorite seafood and methods. The service was as thoughtful as ever, the service attitude was kind, and the food was served very quickly. Boxes are very sought-after and it is recommended to book in advance. In addition, Bingsheng Mansion is the only one of all the restaurants under Bingsheng that offers a tea market, serving from 10 am to 3 pm, and the refreshments are good and worth trying.
