A Yi Abalone was founded in 1984, and its founder is the famous "Abalone King" Yang Guanyi. Yang Guanyi has won numerous awards, such as the Platinum Award, the highest honor of the French Master Culinary Master, the American Five-Star Diamond Award, the World Culinary Elite Award, the French Gastronomy Prestige Award, and the Lifetime Achievement Supreme Award of the China Hotel Association. He has been awarded the C.C.C. Gold Medal, the highest honour of the International Association of Imperial Chefs, and only three people in the world have received this honor, one of whom is the former French President Chef who has passed away, the other is the retired Imperial Chef of five US presidents, and the third is Yeung Koon Yat of Hong Kong, China. Yang Guanyi originally founded the Fulin Hotel in Hong Kong, and his signature dish "Ah Yi Abalone" is internationally renowned, and the Fulin Hotel is still one of the most prestigious restaurants in Hong Kong.
