How about the birthday condensed milk brand introduction

Recommended models: non-dairy evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk (white can), sweetened condensed milk (red can)

Shou Xing Gong was founded by Hong Kong native Cai Nian Yin in the thirties of the last century, and later moved to Vietnam due to the war, and then carried forward in the local area, and then became a Vietnamese brand. Today, except for Vietnam, the rest of the condensed milk is represented by Royal Dutch FrieslandCampina, which is managed by the same company as Black and White.

There is no official purchase channel for Shou Xing condensed milk in China, and the vast majority of the versions circulating in the market are Vietnamese versions, and a small number are Hong Kong versions, and the price fluctuates more than local Chinese brands, ranging from 9 yuan to 18 yuan.

There are two common types of sweetened condensed milk made in Vietnam, namely white cans and red cans, white cans have more easy-to-pull buckles than red cans, thicker texture, and stronger milky flavor, which is more suitable for home use than red cans with sugared condensed milk that need to be opened by themselves. In addition, there are also 40g of single-use small packets of condensed milk, which is often used to enhance the smoothness of the drink and add a lot of color to the Vietnamese drip coffee.

The packaging of the Hong Kong version of Shouxing condensed milk is in Chinese, and the ingredient information will be clearer than that produced in Vietnam, and the product is divided into evaporated milk and sweetened condensed milk, also known as non-dairy evaporated milk and non-dairy sweet milk, both of which are also mixed with low-cost vegetable oil ingredients, which are not of high value and disappointing, and cannot be compared with first-line brands such as Nestle and Black and White.
