Among the four major jewellery brands in Hong Kong, Luk Fook Jewellery was undoubtedly the youngest of the four jewellery brands in Hong Kong, founded in 1991. Luk Fook Jewellery currently has a market capitalization of about $11 billion, more than 1,500 stores worldwide, and has won more than 180 awards in major jewellery design competitions. The Chung Hwa Jewellery Appraisal Centre is the only jewellery laboratory in Hong Kong that can conduct jadeite jadeite testing, diamond testing and gold content testing.
 
In 2015, Luk Fook Jewellery signed a three-year contract with De Beers, the world's largest diamond supplier, as a rough diamond placer to obtain better quality diamonds to create jewellery. Founded by a group of experienced jewellery professionals, Lukfook Jewellery has grown rapidly and achieved remarkable results in all aspects. Another well-known Hong Kong jewellery brand, Gold Supreme, was also acquired by Lukfook in 2013.
