In 2011, Brown Brown opened in a corner of East and City; Over the years, Beicheng Tianjie has become the most prosperous business district in Jiangbei and even Chongqing, and the humble shop has become a long-established cocktail/whisky bar in Chongqing, a gathering place for many local drunkards and foreigners.

After many years of business and several updates, Brown Brown's layout has never changed: a small stage behind the door, next to these three or two small tables, opposite is a wine cabinet and a short bar; There are four booths inside, and on the second floor is a walnut loft that is compact and comfortable. The dim lighting of the store is characteristic, with dim yellow lighting coming from small round lamps overhead, which are relaxing against the backdrop of leather seats and wooden counters, and also make the conversation of customers unconsciously lower the volume. If you're tired of the hustle and bustle, Brown Brown's quiet and cosy environment should satisfy you.

Brown Brown's wine list separates classic cocktails from original cocktails for easy reference. There are many classic cocktails in the store, covering most of the mainstream liquors, including coconut grove fragrance, Long Island iced tea, mule, Manhattan and other familiar styles. For beginners, we recommend ordering Sour (sour), a style of cocktail that is sweet and sour, creamy and delicate, with a moderate alcohol content, suitable for the general taste. In addition, the store offers a Ramos Gin Fizz, which is named after the squeaking sound of sparkling water added to the carbonic acid; The use of shaking and stirring methods, and the strict control of the ratio of lemonade to sugar water, can be used as a touchstone for bartenders.

In contrast, there are not too many original cocktails in the store, and the more recommended one is the concubine smile. This wine was created by Brown Brown's master bartender "Big Head" for the 2016 MONIN Bartending Competition. When making it, the gin is quickly infused into Tieguanyin tea in a siphon bottle, bringing out the latter's orchid aroma, supplemented by lychee and peach flavored liqueur and syrup, which has both the sweet and fresh aroma of lychee and the sweetness of Tieguanyin, which is impressive.

Brown Brown's performance is of a good standard, and the resident "Moon Teacher" has a hoarse voice and is full of literary style, but the performance time is not fixed, and it takes luck to enjoy his singing voice. Fortunately, in addition to the live performances, the background music in the store is just right, with a focus on soothing foreign jazz to make the environment more stylish.
