Fermentation Craft Brewing opened in 2017, located in Times Heaven Street, where bars are crowded, and belongs to the same building as YOLO (No.14), but YOLO is on the roof, and Fermentation Craft Brewing is on the ground floor. The two hand-painted walls at the entrance of the store are quite eye-catching, and two traditional Chinese wine fairies and drunkards carry beer bottles with a dashing expression. Tables, chairs, counters, freezers, and wine heads, all you can see, this is already all the store, small but simple and warm.
Compared with other local craft breweries, fermentation craft brewing has introduced more advanced and even enthusiast brands. These wines are more expensive, but more challenging and fresh for experienced enthusiasts. Rounding out the freezer is a collection from Treehouse Distillery, a winery known for its New England IPAs, with its colorful and recognizable packaging. One of the products available in the store is Very Green, which is low bitter and sweet, but has a bright and rich tropical fruit flavor. Many guests searched all over Chongqing to drink here. For those who like to taste the Imperial Stout, the store's Yellow Belly, a co-brew between Omnipollo Distillery and Buxton Distillery, is sure to satisfy you. This stout is made with chocolate and toffee, and the overall sweetness is almost non-murderous; Thick liquor, hanging glass phenomenon is obvious; Smooth on the palate, but solid on the palate with a long finish.
In addition to the bottles, there are eight draft beer heads in the store, all of which are special series of well-known foreign breweries. For example, one of Tule's sour beers with lime and lemon is highly acidic and persistent, similar to the sharp acidity of lemon juice, and has a strong taste. Another resident draft beer is Belgian Flyy Strawberry, which is made by mixing pure strawberry juice and white beer, with a pure fruit aroma, rich foam and fresh taste, which is loved by women.
