Crazy Ones is the most varied restaurant in Paella, Spain. It belongs to Yunhai Cuisine Group, and currently has 1 branch in Suzhou, as well as a number of stores in Beijing, Shanghai, Kunming and other places. Xu Guodong, the current R&D director of the brand, graduated from Kaohsiung, and has worked in Taipei Faleqi French Cuisine, Shangri-La Hotel, and Sheraton Hotel.
Paella is one of Spain's national dishes, and in addition to the common paella, locals often add chicken, beef, sausages and other ingredients to the paella, but it is usually referred to as "paella" or "paella" in China. Spanish rice is one of the signature dishes of Crazy Ones, which has eight different varieties. For those who prefer traditional flavors, they may wish to order the classic paella, which is cooked with saffron and seasoned with authentic methods, and the rice is golden and fragrant. Those who don't like meat can choose one of the basil steak paella, the mighty ship paella and the squid fish flounder paella, all of which are rich in steak or seafood side dishes, and the ingredients are quite solid. Galician sea fish sausage, hell smoked duck and Hemingway red wine beef tongue are suitable for early diners, and the three types of rice are salty, spicy and winey, with a unique flavor that is rarely seen in other restaurants. Spinach, pine nuts, and pumpkin rice are all made with vegetables, so they can be enjoyed by vegetarians with peace of mind. However, in order to adapt to the taste of the Chinese people, the restaurant adds more juicy water by default when cooking, and the rice is moist and sticky, not as dry and hard as authentic Spanish rice, and the taste is not authentic, but the taste will not disappoint.
Compared to the signature Spanish rice, the two classics, Tapas and Iberian ham, are not quite the same. There are only three types of tapas, including ham, spicy sardines and pan-fried duck liver, which is fatty and has a slightly fishy smell that not every customer can accept. Iberian ham is eaten in the Italian way of eating, with ham rolled with cantaloupe, the mouth is sweet, crispy and salty, but the quality of the ham is average, the chef's slicing skills need to be improved, and the whole plate of ham is slightly messy. Traditional Spanish dishes such as potato quiches, scallop gratins and Galician octopus are also decent, while desserts and drinks are relatively stable, such as cranberry panna cotta, gourd cheese tart, sangria valentine's cup and mojido.
Crazy Ones is located in the north district of central Suzhou, and the dining area is long and narrow, and it can feel crowded during peak hours. The restaurant is lined with chandeliers on both sides and lit with sparkling lights on the ceiling, and a transparent kitchen in the middle where customers can watch the chef in action at any time. The service staff is polite and polite, but the training is not enough, the knowledge of the dishes is too little, and the manpower is obviously insufficient, and there will be a long waiting time for ordering and serving.
