New restaurants always bring a new dining environment and high-end restaurant facilities, and this is no different for Honyi Kappo Cuisine. Officially opened in early 2018, this kappo restaurant brings a completely different visual experience and high-end in-store facilities to Hangzhou diners.

The chef of this Kappo cuisine is from Taiwan, and has a wealth of experience in the Japanese cuisine industry, so he has a certain skill in maintaining and handling the freshness of ingredients. The dishes are mainly new Japanese cuisine, and there are many fusion ingredients. The seafood ingredients are of high quality and have a low chance of stepping on thunder. At Ben Yat Kappo Cuisine, there are few diners who complain about the small portions and lack of food, and the portion of each dish is sufficient, and even the side dishes such as miso soup and tea bowl steaming are served in large bowls, and the portion is twice as much as the usual one. Due to the addition of improved ingredients, there may be some deviations from the original flavor in terms of taste, but it will not have much impact on the popularity of the restaurant.

Anchored by the boutique hotel brand The Kappo Hotel, Kappo Cuisine is complemented by the hotel's comfortable and upscale environment, while catering to the needs of local diners for high-end restaurants. The scenery of the front yard made of sand, pine and bamboo in front of the store is not inferior to that of Manshu. Enter the store through the automatic Japanese door and be greeted by a waiter. The store is fully covered with tatami mats and floor heating, so you won't feel uncomfortable when you take off your shoes in winter. Indoor bars, boxes, stairs, seats, etc., are made of custom wood products, giving people a comfortable texture, and the mirrored ceiling on the first floor elongates the upper and lower spaces, and then cooperates with the lighting, which has a unique sense of space and design. In addition to the 10 seats at the counter, there are 14 Japanese-style tatami mat rooms, each with its own unique layout, each named after a plant.

The restaurant service is then in place, cordial greetings, leading to seats, closing in a timely manner, and responding to requests. However, most of the staff members are newcomers, so they don't know much about the texture of Japanese ingredients and the taste of the dishes. If you don't need a little privacy, you can take a seat at the bar and speak directly with the bar chef. The restaurant bathroom has to be mentioned, it is clean and odorless, and the configuration of Panasonic's high-end automatic toilet is also quite powerful.
