Yanyu is the first Yunnan restaurant in Shanghai to be initiated and designed by an architect, originally created as a social space for designers who love Yunnan cuisine. There are many flashy Yunnan restaurants in Shanghai, but Yanyu is not in vain, and the chefs from Lincang, Yunnan Province can make very authentic Western Yunnan dishes for diners.

The unique combination of fried black pork with black fir is accompanied by mellow black pork and sweet, crispy and tender chicken fir, which not only reduces the greasy feeling of pork, but also makes it sweeter.
