The name of the three founders is "Mizukisheng", a vegetarian restaurant that focuses on vegetables and fruits. Two of the three founders were Chaoshan people, and their hometown had the habit of eating vegetarian food on the first and fifteenth days of each month, so they began to contact and study vegetable food at a very young age.

Most of the dishes are produced by chefs with 10 years of experience in vegetarian cuisine, and due to the complexity of many dishes, in order to ensure the quality of the products, some of them will be served in limited quantities. Osmanthus nectar cherry tomatoes can be provided as appetizers, small tomatoes peeled, slightly pickled for a short period of time, during which osmanthus nectar infiltrates into the tomatoes, removing the sour taste of the tomatoes, with a light and elegant sweet fragrance, very appetizing. The restaurant's signature dish is basically a must-order at every table, with seaweed wrapped in egg skin, vegetables on one side, and bean "meat" on the other, which is rich in taste. In addition, the store's highest-priced "jade cloth bag" is also worth trying, guava juice and cloth bag fusion, one sweet and one salty, balanced taste, and dry ice is added to the plate, creating a cloudy scene, but each serving only has four "cloth bags", not very cost-effective. In addition to the staple food, pumpkin peach gum soup is also one of the most ordered desserts in the store, the rich pumpkin soup does not contain excess sugar, and the smooth and tender peach gum and avocado pieces are both fragrant and refreshing.

Shui Musheng's design is the work of senior designer Yao Xuchun, who has been engaged in interior design for more than five years and has won the international Idea-Tops Award. The style of the store design is mainly black, white and gray, and a large number of original decoration materials are used, such as tables and chairs made of white wax wood, original bamboo, etc. But the only drawback is that the stations are relatively close to each other, and the space is a little too crowded.

On the whole, the service and environment of Shuimusheng are more outstanding than other restaurants at the same price, but the production is actually decent, and many diners report that they go to Shuimusheng to feel the artistic conception, and the feeling of satiety can be ignored. If the dining time happens to be during peak hours, it is recommended to make a reservation.
