The portion of the dishes in Yayuan Restaurant is not large, and any dish costs more than sixty or seventy yuan, but the products here really concentrate the essence of Cantonese cuisine, and the products are affordable for the price. Every dish at The Garden is a signature. Fried yellow croaker with soy sauce and sugar is rarely tasted in other restaurants, wrapped in sugar and soaked in oil, the outer layer is charred and crispy, and the inside is fresh and tender. The white boiled vegetable series has a smooth taste, the claypot rice is just right, and even the seasoning of ordinary tomato, egg and beef can be accurately handled, which shows the effort and sincerity. Grace Garden only sells ordinary dishes, such as pork ribs with soy sauce and sugar, salted chicken and choy sum, plum cabbage patty rice, ginger rice, egg yolk rice and other ordinary dishes that test your cooking skills. The production of Grace Garden is just right in terms of knife skill and seasoning, and the balance between the ingredients is impressive. The façade of the restaurant is narrow, the plaque shows four "Grace Garden" restaurants in the style of 80s printing, and the orange tables and chairs in the restaurant are a bit shabby. Although the decoration and furnishings of Yayuan have remained unchanged for decades, they are cramped and simple, not to mention any service, but the products are indeed worth a special visit to the store.
