The most famous restaurant in Guangzhou to eat yellow eel is Xintaile. New Taylor started as a yellow eel and has a history of more than 20 years. From a large food stall in the old Guangzhou Qilou Street, it has developed into a large restaurant, and the style is incomparable. New Taile Restaurant has been awarded the title of "Contract-honoring and Trustworthy Enterprise" for five consecutive years, and won the "Top Ten Golden Taste Famous Restaurants" of Yangcheng Trend Catering in 2006. As early as 1994 at the Guangzhou Food Festival, the skillful yellow eel pot has won the gold medal, and since then, the chilled eel slices, soy sauce emperor goose intestines, Lao Niang fat barbecued pork, Taylor yellow eel rice and so on have also won many awards.
