Hanagakure Japanese Kaiseki is a high-end Japanese restaurant brand under Wangpin Restaurant Group. Founded in 1990, Wang Pin Restaurant Group is a well-known restaurant group in Taiwan, with hundreds of branches across the country. Huagakure Japanese Kaiseki currently has only one branch in Shenzhen, which opened in 2016, and the number of branches and popularity of Huagakure in the country is not as good as that of Wang Pin Steak under the same group.

The R&D chef of Hanakure Kaiseki is Song Huangzhi, who is a well-known chef in Taiwan, who has won gold medals in Asian regional and international Japanese cooking competitions many times, and is known as the "Gold Medal Chef". The Japanese cuisine developed by Hanakure is full of creative shapes, and the combination of ingredients has also stepped out of the Japanese food world, boldly trying Western collocation, with many patterns and beautiful plating. Huayin's dinner set is about 300-400 yuan per person, with rich dishes and enough portions, which is worth recommending.

The overall environment of the restaurant is dominated by dark black tones, which is more urban and fashionable. The spacing between seats in the restaurant is small and the privacy is not strong, especially during peak hours, the environment is noisy, which affects the dining experience.
