Edomae Sushi is well-known among the Beijing sushi restaurant chains, and Edomae Kaiseki is the only high-end restaurant brand that Edomae Sushi has opened in Shenzhen. Edomae kaiseki restaurant opened in August 2017 and has become one of the mid-to-high-end Japanese restaurants in Shenzhen.

Kenichi Arimura, one of the founders of Edomae Sushi, has been named one of the "Top 10 Famous Chefs in Asia" by the China Hotel Association and is now active in the Japanese restaurant scene in China. Edomae Sushi Restaurant, the owner of Edomae Kaiseki Cuisine, won gold medals in the team competition and individual race at the Chinese Japanese Cuisine Invitational Tournament hosted by the Japanese Cuisine Professional Committee of the China Hotel Association.

Edomae kaiseki cuisine is a set menu, with dinner courses ranging from 680 to 2,000 yuan, and a wide variety of dishes such as appetizers, kaisuke, bowls, grilled dishes, and fried dishes are all included in the banquet. Occasionally, there are minefields, such as steamed eggs with too much soy sauce and too much salt, vinegar is too sour, etc., but the main dishes such as sashimi, tempura, and grilled fish are stable, and the evaluation of whether or not they are good value for money varies from person to person. Some of the chefs and waiters in the restaurant are from Yotsuba, so the Edomae kaiseki cuisine is not inferior to Yotsuha in terms of service level. The overall service is in place, and it is also very Japanese, the rhythm of serving is in harmony with the eating speed of diners, and the used wet towels will be replaced in a timely manner. The restaurant is located in the Shenzhen OCT Creative Park, the internal and external environment and restaurant atmosphere are more stylish, in addition to the bar position, the private seats and private rooms are tatami design, the private rooms can be flexibly partitioned or opened, and there is no problem to accommodate about 15 people at the same time.
