How about Schramberg Rosé Introducing the brand

Founded in 1862, Brewberg is an American sparkling wine maker located in California's Napa Valley, the most famous wine region in the United States. Since its inception, the company has used the same techniques to make sparkling wine as the Champagne region of France, and has now become the leading brand of sparkling wine in the United States, and many drinkers believe that the quality of the wine is superior, and even rivals that of French champagne.

There is no one who most recognizes the world brewberg than the White House. Since 1972, the Sparkling Wine has appeared at the White House banquets in the United States countless times: in 1972, when Nixon visited China, during a meeting with Zhou Enlai, the Sparkling Wine was drunk by both sides as a "peace toast". Since then, the World Brewer has been designated by the President of the United States to be on the White House dinner list every year, and he has never been absent.

Spanning 220 acres and planted with 43 acres of vines, the estate is small and has limited yields, so in addition to using its own grapes, it also buys grapes from 117 vineyards in four North Coast counties: Napa, Mendocino, Sonoma and Marin.

All of Berg's sparkling wines are derived from the combination of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, among which the J.Schram series is the most top-notch, and every year, the best Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes in the four counties of the North Coast are put into the production of J.Schram sparkling wine. J.Schram Rosé is made up of 65% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir, and after the second fermentation in the bottle, it is aged for seven years in the historic cellars of the Brewing Berg before it can be released. This $150 rosé sparkling wine is rich in layers, with fruity aromas, whole wheat bread, brioche cake flavors, high acidity and a refreshing taste.

Compared to J. Schram, the $46 BRUT ROSÉ is a basic rosé sparkling wine, made from 59% Pinot Noir and 41% Chardonnay. The final blend is aged in the bottle for about two years with yeast, just enough to achieve delicate bubbles without losing its freshness and vibrancy.
