How about Chateau Minuty Rosé wines from Château Minuti Brand introduction

Menutti, the leading rosé winery in Provence, is a family-owned winery located on the Saint-Tropez peninsula for nearly 100 years. In 1955, Château de Menuti was recognized as one of the 23 classified Cru Cru in the Côte de Provence appellation. With more than 85% of its capacity for the production of rosé wines, you can find "Chateau Minuty" in many of the world's top restaurants, not only in France, but also in the world.

In the vineyards of Menuti, different varieties of grapes are cleverly planted in the most suitable places for their growth: Grenache is planted around the castle, Syrah and Mourvèdre are planted on the sunny south-facing side, and the gravelly calcareous soil is the perfect place for Houl to develop its mineral flavors. In addition, Menuti also grows the native Saint-Tropez variety, Tibuhon, a light-bodied, simple-style grape that is often used in the production of rosé wines.

Menuti has two branches, Estate Wine and Branded Wine. The difference between the two is that the grapes are harvested from the former estate, and the pressing and fermentation processes are carried out in the estate, while the grapes used in the latter are purchased from different vineyards, not all from Menuti.

The OR collection is the flagship of the wines of Château de Meriti, which began with white wines and was later followed by red and rosé wines. Rose et Or uses two varieties of grapes, Grenache and Tibuhon, harvested 100% by hand, and after the two processes of slag removal and pressing, the must is cooled and inert gas is injected for alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures. This rosé is slightly pale in color, with citrus and floral aromas and delicate grapefruit and white peach flavors.

Thanks to Butterfly Orchid's exploration of the high-end rosé wine, Menuti has also launched its own top-of-the-line wine, Chateau Minuty 281, which is also a small production and high price, selling for about $70 a bottle. This rosé wine uses three kinds of grapes from the Menuti estate, Grenache, Syrah and Cinsault, with a light pink color, an intense and complex aroma, mixed with delicate aromas of peaches and melons, and at the same time has a mineral taste, which has more depth than Rose et Or, and is more suitable for drinking at formal receptions.

The brand wine matrix is divided into two lines, the Prestige series and the M series, each with rosé wines, both priced in the $20 range. The M series rosé wines are made with Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah, while the Prestige series rosés are made with Tibouhong grapes; M series rosé is crisp and simple, with the most standard appearance of rosé wine, and the Prestige series rosé wine is not only fruity, but also pleasant mineral. Overall, the Prestige series rosé is rich in layers and suitable for food pairing, while the M series rosé wine is easy to drink and refreshing, making it an excellent companion for vacations and daily pastimes.

Similarly, there is no reliable way to buy Menuti rosé wine in China for the time being, but if you happen to eat at a Western restaurant, you may want to look through the wine list and you may find a high-quality Minuti rosé wine from Provence.
