How about Pol Roger Champagne brand introduction

Founded in 1849, the Champagne House was founded in 1849 and released its first champagne in 1853. Champagne is one of the few Champagne houses still owned and operated by the family, which is why the Champagne House has adopted a conservative approach to development, and is still the smallest top champagne house in the Champagne region, with an annual production of around 110,000 cases.

Champagne Champagne House Rouce has about 87 hectares of vineyards, which cover half of its annual production capacity, and the rest is sourced from other growers in the region, mostly Grand Cru and Premier Cru, with an average score of 95 on the Champagne Chateau Domain.

As early as 1855, Paul Loc had already smelled the potential of dry champagne and produced dry champagne for the English market with great success. The British are undoubtedly the most appreciative of Paul Loc – Prime Minister Winston Churchill is said to have drunk 42,000 bottles of champagne in his lifetime, and Paul Locus was his lifelong love, considering Château Paul Locus "the most pleasant place in the world" and naming one of his horses after Borouce. In the same vein, Churchill was so dear that when Churchill died in 1965, he added a black border around the dry champagne label shipped to England as a tribute to his friend. Ten years after Churchill's death, Paul Loc even launched a special cuvée named after him, Sir Churchill Cuvée Champagne.

Sir Churchill Cuvée Champagne is only made in the best vintages, with grapes sourced entirely from Pinot Noir Grand Cru and Chardonnay Cru in an undisclosed blend, but what we do know is that this wine has been aged for 10 years and has great ageing potential, making it a premium champagne with both strength and depth.

It was first certified by the British royal family in 1877 and is still one of the nine Champagne houses to hold the British Royal Warrant. Prince William and Princess Kate in 2011 and Prince Harry and Princess Meghan in 2018, both of which were attended by unvintage champagne.

CROUCET'S NON-VINTAGE CHAMPAGNES CONSIST OF THREE PRODUCTS, BRUT DRY, EXTRA BRUT AND DEMI-SEC SEMI-DRY, ALL MADE FROM PINOT NOIR, CHARDONNAY AND PINOT MEUNIER GRAPES, BLENDED WITH 25% OF THE HOUSE'S COLLECTION, THE DIFFERENCE MAINLY IN SWEETNESS. Even for the entry-level BRUT RESERVE, the vinification standard is higher than the legal requirement (15 months) and the cellaring time is up to four years, far exceeding the quality of other brands. This unvintage champagne was once the official wine for Prince William and Princess Kate's wedding, and the price is affordable, and you can buy it for about 500 yuan.
