The 3D silicone nose clip and anti-fog film are the innovations made by Songyan for the fogging phenomenon of glasses. The silicone pads at the nose clip are modeled by 3D printing, which is closer to the nose bridge of the Chinese than European and American manufacturers, and the fit is very good, comparable to Shigematsu and Xingyan. The upper part of the mask is specially equipped with an anti-fog film, which is a unique design that effectively blocks the rise of moisture and prevents it from reaching the lenses of glasses and preventing fogging.
 
Xingyan's products have different characteristics, T90 has excellent tightness, and the highest protection effect. The D60, priced at 13 yuan/piece, has lower breathing resistance and a lower feeling of stuffiness than the T90. Although 885V is added with activated carbon, it lacks the fitting design of the edge of the cover body, which is the product with the worst fit under Xingyan, and it is not recommended to buy.
 
It is worth noting that Songyan T90 is one of the few masks on the market that follows the old and new national standards. Compared with the old national standard in 2006, the new national standard promulgated in 2016 combines filtration efficiency and tightness, and proposes a comprehensive index such as "protective effect", which means "the air quality inhaled into the body after wearing a mask", which is an intuitive effect to define the performance of masks, which is more instructive for everyday consumers. At the same time, the new national standard is more stringent in the detection of respiratory resistance, skin irritation, toxicity and other dimensions, but because it is a non-mandatory standard, the vast majority of masks do not follow this standard. The filtration efficiency of T90 for oily and non-oily particles reaches more than 96%, and the suction resistance is 100Pa, which is far lower than the 150Pa stipulated in the new national standard, which ensures comfort while providing protective effect. In addition, this model can be equipped with fluorescent clamping strips, and the reflective design is suitable for night riding, dim light and other environments, increasing the safety of night walking.
 
The Songyan D60 uses a flexible bracket similar to the Xingyan 650T series, which supports the cover body by the skeleton, which avoids the invagination caused by inhalation, brings more facial space, and can quickly return to its original shape after folding, making it easy to carry. Compared with T90, D60 reduces the number of layers of the filter element, and replaces it with electrostatic needle-punched cotton and low-resistance meltblown cloth, so that it can meet the KN95 standard while reducing the suction resistance to 47Pa, which is suitable for friends who are more sensitive to breathing resistance.
 
In addition to the above-mentioned recommended disposable masks, Xingyan also sells some models of cotton or replaceable filter cartridges, but this type of mask is not recommended to buy because of the large space between the filter element and the cover body, and the particle matter is easy to penetrate, and the protective effect is often greatly reduced.
