How about the Gourmia capsule coffee machine brand introduction

Gourmia is a kitchen appliance brand in the United States, involving nearly 40 categories. It has not been established for a long time, but it has performed well in the US market in the past ten years, and is committed to making traditional kitchenware intelligent. Behind the scenes, many kitchen appliance manufacturers are responsible for the OEM of coffee machines, most notably De'Longhi, Bosch, and Breville. The benefits of this are also obvious: kitchen appliance manufacturers have ready-made production lines and material supply chains, while coffee brands have the relevant market presence and mature coffee bean recipes. Gourmia, on the other hand, chose to take care of both production and marketing.

Although the design is relatively mediocre, the Gourmia is remarkable in terms of workmanship. Like the strategy of most non-professional brands, Gourmia is keen to sell as many features as possible to users at the lowest possible price. It's not like Nespresso and illy are eyeing the high-end market, nor are they like Muchy Fun, which takes convenience to the extreme. This often leads to bloated products, no guiding usage scenarios for users, and core functions that are not prominent and stable enough for each user group.

For example, Gourmia is compatible with Nespresso, Starbucks, and K-Cup capsules, which makes people feel very affordable and gives users more options. However, when using coffee capsules from different systems, the puncture equipment needs to be replaced, and at the same time, a large number of cup sizes and temperature options are provided without outstanding core functions such as pressure and temperature control, which makes the ease of use of the machine a lot of discounts.

In terms of price, performance, and ease of use, the best balance is undoubtedly GCM5100. The price of $99.99 comes with an external milk frother, a maximum pressure of 19 bar, a large 1.2L domestic water tank and a height-adjustable drip tray. The only downside is that it is slightly oversized, with a width of 38.6cm, a height of 28cm, and a depth of 30cm, and the kitchen is probably the best place to place GCM5100. The design follows the design language of Gourmia's other kitchen appliances, which is not eye-catching, and it is GCM5100 particularly pragmatic compared to the high style of many coffee machines.

If you prefer to drink pure coffee, GCM7000 will be a more cost-effective option. It's only $65.99, but it has a decent configuration and look. There are two color options: red and white. The GCM7000 white doesn't have any other warm tones added to it, and it's too pale compared to Nespresso's Lattissima One, while the red looks a lot better. The U.S. Consumer Reports gave GCM7000 a score of 73, which is in the upper middle of the industry. It was also pointed out that GCM7000 output was unstable at the end of the extraction stage, and the coffee was prone to spilling elsewhere.
