Opened in 2010, Haiyi Seafood Factory, formerly known as Haiyi Seafood Restaurant, is the fifth branch of Shanghai Haiyi Seafood Brand. The restaurant uses seafood dishes and Cantonese refreshments as selling points, and has accumulated good popularity and reputation over the years, and still maintains a high competitiveness in the industry.

Harbour Plaza is relatively good at the variety of dishes. Customers can choose from the seafood section in the foyer or the hardcover seafood in the menu. In the lineup of precious seafood, Australian lobster is the most dazzling. Whether it is baked in Sin Chew sauce, salt and pepper or steamed with garlic vermicelli, the deliciousness and sweetness of the shrimp meat can be brought into full play. King crab, snow crab and other fresh crabs are steamed with flavored sake, baked salted eggs and fried in typhoon shelters. In abalone, mussels and fresh fish, there is also a unique method of burning papaya in wing soup, sweet and tender papaya and fresh seafood are integrated, and the taste is good. Other popular dishes include stone bowl golden hook wing fish maw maw, mushroom king liao ginseng pieces, red snails boiled in spicy wine, and razor clams in soy sauce.

In keeping with the restaurant's Cantonese cuisine positioning, many of the affordable seafood here is packaged in small portions of exquisite steamers, which look very similar to Cantonese refreshments. Jinsha salt roasted skin shrimp retains the golden pepper salt when stir-frying, and is sprinkled on the red shrimp body, salty and fragrant, and the appearance is pleasing to the eye. Steamed East Sea Kelp with soybean sauce is evenly chopped into long and narrow pieces, lightly marinated with soy sauce and soybean paste, and then served after steaming in a pot, the taste is fresh and tender, fragrant and pleasant.

Harbour Plaza retains the elegant style of a high-end seafood restaurant. The large wrought iron chandelier and wood grain floor make the restaurant atmosphere graceful and elegant, and at the same time reveal a certain sense of age. The dining layout is dense and orderly, with a strong sense of privacy, and there are also a large number of private rooms available, which is very suitable for business banquets and family and friend gatherings. However, service is a major shortcoming of Haiyi, some waiters have a weak sense of awareness, cannot correctly guide the order, neglect customer requirements during peak hours, slow response, and attitude needs to be strengthened. Customers traveling by bus can reach the subway to the Cultural Expo Center Station, and customers who drive their own cars can park their vehicles in the parking lot of the Expo Center.
