Happy Blue Ocean International Cinema is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Radio and Television Group, and its theaters are mainly distributed in Nanjing, Suzhou, Nantong and other cities in Jiangsu, and continue to expand to the whole country. The Xi'an store was put into operation in 2007, and after several renovations, it still has received praise from the audience for its high-quality and unique on-site experience.

The cinema has a total of 10 theaters with a total of about 2,500 seats, all equipped with laser projection equipment, of which Hall 7 is a dual-laser Dolby Atmos hall. The concept of laser projection has a long history, since the first laser projector came out in 1992, it has gone through many large-scale iterations and has become one of the main ways of film projection. Compared with the commonly used hernia projection, its projection distance is longer, the brightness is higher, the imaging is clearer and more detailed, the light decay is weak for long-term use, and it is easy to maintain. Therefore, watching the film under the laser projection is not easy to produce visual fatigue, and the experience is better. The dual lasers in Hall 7 optimize the brightness distribution of the picture on the basis of the ordinary laser hall, so that the color performance is fuller, and with the sound effect of Dolby Atmos, the effect is excellent when projecting action, war and other types of films.

The cinema equipment of the cinema is quite distinctive, the entrance is similar to the subway gate of the self-service ticket machine to replace the manual ticket checking, and some seats in the hall are added with massage functions for the audience to scan the code to pay, but the mobile phone signal in the cinema is poor, and there is no separate WIFI, the air conditioning system in the hall is more often out of order in summer, and the hardware sector still needs to be improved. The theater does not have special theaters such as VIP and children's halls, but there are double "couple seats" in the last row of each theater, and the audience can choose from the seat selection page in the ticket purchase app. In addition, the cinema is a member of the National Art Film Projection Alliance, and regularly provides excellent art film screenings at home and abroad.

The cinema is built in a fresh and lovely cartoon seascape style, decorated with exquisite wood ornaments and marine blue paint, which looks relaxed and freehand. The ticket and snack counters of the cinema are set up in the center of the hall, and the leisure area is scattered along the walls on both sides, and there are entertainment facilities such as massage chairs, independent KTV and crane machines. In terms of price, all types of halls are between 35-45 yuan, and 3D glasses need to be purchased on-site or rented with a deposit, and are not provided for free.
