Xu Kee Seafood was founded in 1999, and the owner Xu Guohua was born as a seafood supplier. Today, Xu Ji Seafood has opened more than 20 stores in Changsha, Zhuzhou and Xi'an, receiving more than 10,000 diners per day.

Due to the boss's seafood supplier, Xu Ji Seafood has a unique feature in supply chain management, it has seafood procurement centers in Guangzhou, Haikou, Beihai, Bohai Bay and other places, and has a hairy crab breeding cooperation base in Yangcheng Lake, therefore, Xu Ji Seafood is not inferior to Dato' Club, which ranks second on the list, in terms of freshness and richness. Common seafood ingredients such as Alaskan king crab, Russian plate crab, and French oysters are all on Tsui Kee's menu.

Unlike the first two on the list, which serve hot pot shabu-shabu, Tsui Kee's seafood dishes are cooked a la carte, and customers select ingredients from the seafood pool and hand them over to the kitchen to make them.
